When is the last day to place my holiday order?
Our 2024 holiday order deadline is Sunday December 10th.
How long will it take for me to receive my items?
Our holiday-season turnaround time is 7 to 10 business days, weekends not included. This is a bit longer than our typical promise of 5 to 7 business days, this due to a large influx of seasonal orders.
When is the last day to pick up?
December 23rd. The taudrey showroom will be open for pickups from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Will I receive my items in time for Christmas Day?
It is our promise that all orders placed before our deadline will be completed and ready for pickup or shipped to be received before December 25. Because all taudrey pieces are handcrafted and personalized by hand, we cannot make any promises for any orders placed after our deadline.
Can I expedite my order?
Yes! We do offer an expedite fee of $25 (plus tax) on a case-by-case basis. All expedite requests must be made and confirmed via phone call, 786-600-7009. The $25 fee will be charged during call.
Is there any way to place a custom order after the stated deadlines?
Custom orders will be taken on a case-by-case basis and a $25 (plus tax) expedite fee will be charged.
What shipping carriers does taudrey use?
USPS and UPS.
How long does the shipping process take and will I receive a tracking number?
This is dependent on the shipping carrier selected during checkout. The average shipping time for USPS Shipping (free option!) is 2-5 days. The average shipping time for UPS Shipping ($10) is 1-3 days. While we’re working hard to keep you covered, we’re still advising you to do your holiday shopping as early as possible to avoid potential USPS shipping delays which are forecasted to intensify over the coming weeks. All packages are shipped from Miami, FL. An email will be sent, including tracking details, once your order has been shipped.
What are the taudrey showroom hours?
Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please call the showroom, 786-600-7009, to confirm a time.
Will the taudrey showroom be closed during the holidays?
The taudrey showroom will be closed December 24, 2024 through January 5, 2025, reopening for business on January 6, 2025, so that the #taudsquad can spend quality time with loved ones. However, you can always shop online (taudrey.com) and email info@taudrey.com if you need assistance.
What if I place an order after the deadlines? When will it be received?
Due to the temporary closing of our headquarters and operations (from December 24 through January 5), orders placed after December 11, 2024 may not be completed until after January 6, 2025.
Can I further customize my item(s)?

Can I return or exchange permanent jewelry?
All permeant jewelry is final sale.
What if I placed an order and need to make a change?
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make the change to your order before the piece(s) is/are crafted.
Does taudrey sell gift cards?
Yes! Electronic gift cards can be purchased online (search "gift card") and are sent via email.
Does taudrey offer repairs and/or adjustments?
Yes! However, please note that repairs are halted during the holiday season, to be resumed January, 2025. Please email info@taudrey.com and a #taudsquad member will help. And you can check out our full policy here.
Does taudrey offer exchanges and returns?
